Magnesium-based food supplement
Magnesium Rigenera ? contains a mixture of magnesium carbonate and citric acid, which once dissolved in water transforms into magnesium citrate to ensure maximum absorption of the mineral. The mixture gives rise to the typical effervescence due to the release of carbon dioxide.
 
Magnesium contributes:
To the reduction of tiredness and fatigue
To normal energy metabolism
To the maintenance of normal bones and teeth
To electrolyte balance
To normal muscle function
To normal functioning of the system nervous
To normal psychological function
How to use: dissolve one level scoop per day in a glass of water (200 ml). Mix well and wait for the solution to become transparent. Take up to twice a day. Magnesium Rigenera ? can be taken at any time of the day. To promote absorption, it is recommended to take it away from main meals. If a laxative effect occurs, it is advisable to reduce the intake and half a scoop per day. In case of gastric sensitivity take it with a meal.

Acidifier: citric acid; magnesium carbonate.
