Air-Liner is Vittoria's MTB tire insert that overcomes any compromise between stability and traction, guaranteeing a controlled and comfortable ride. The secret of Air-Liner is its innovative shape and the polymer that extremely strong and lightweight.
These factors make Air-Liner the insert capable of increasing the performance of tubeless mtb tires to a higher level. Air-Liner replaces part of the volume occupied by air. The smaller amount of air allows the tire to deform to the ground and cushion shocks more effectively than a normal tubeless tire.
The entire driving experience benefits, more controlled and safer. Damaging rims on sharp rocks is a thing of the past. Air-Liner is completely waterproof and does not absorb liquid sealant.
This ensures high performance throughout the season, and does not prevent the sealant from doing its best. Air-Liner will make your tires, wheels and rides last longer!
Protection: Wheels and tires are better protected with Air-Liner. The insert absorbs the impacts that occur inside the tire, thus eliminating punctures caused by the rim.
Control: Air-Liner replaces part of the volume of air inside the tire. The reduced presence of air allows the tire to adhere better to the ground than a traditional tubeless system
Performance: Air-Liner increases lateral stability without compromising grip and grip. This results in better cornering, climbing and braking performance.
Durability: The polymer from which the Air-Liner is made is extremely durable. Used under normal conditions, it can last up to 2000 hours; or 1 hour completely airless (runflat).

The manufacturer can extend the guarantee at its discretion
To enforce the guarantee it is necessary to keep the invoice or the sales document
The guarantee is recognized as long as the product itself is used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and as provided in the attached technical documentation. Used items (for example "Used Bikes") are covered by a 12-month warranty instead of 24 months.

Below € 60 the shipping cost is € 4.90
For European countries we offer flat rates based on destination
For non-EU countries and countries not listed in the specific list, it is possible to make a quote for shipping costs
