BCA Amino Acids
Amino acids are the constituent units of proteins, depending on the synthesis capacity (or not) of our organism, amino acids are divided into three macro-categories: essential amino acids (phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, methionine, lysine, leucine, isoleucine and valine); the conditional essentials such as arginine (creatine precursor), glycine (constitutes collagen), glutamine (among other things, stimulates the formation of proteins), proline (intervenes in tissue repair) and taurine (acts in the process of growth of muscles, nervous system and cardiovascular system); and non-essential (alanine, aspartic acid, asparagine, glutamic acid, glycine, proline, serine, tyrosine, histidine and glutamine). Branched-chain amino acids or BCAAs are three essential amino acids (Valine, Isoleucine and Leucine) and are used to counteract fatigue, improve concentration and athletic performance, reduce muscle loss during exercise and act as muscle recovery after training or workouts.
