HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE PLACE?
You can check the exact delivery times in the product sheet of your interest. If the item has size variations, select the size you are interested in to receive the exact information.
If you have already placed your order, click here to monitor the processing status and delivery days. When the package is entrusted to the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking link by 10 pm on the day of departure from our office.
HOW DOES DELIVERY TAKE PLACE AND WHAT HAPPENS IF NO ONE IS HOME?
Couriers are not required to call to make an appointment except in exceptional cases or if expressly requested at the relevant branch.
WHAT TO CHECK UPON DELIVERY?
The customer must verify that the package is intact, not damaged, not wet and in any case compliant with the standard characteristics of a package and that the number of packages (number of packages) indicated on the transport documents corresponds to the number of packages actually delivered;
Any disputes must be immediately raised with the carrier who must provide the possibility of signing the delivery slip "WITH RESERVATION" so as to allow us, in the event of non-conformity of the goods, to open an insurance claim. In the absence of this, the product is considered to have been delivered correctly.
All documents contained in the special pocket applied to the outside of the package must be kept. The courier is required to deliver the package only after the delivery slip has been signed.
MY ORDER IS SHOWN AS DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT, WHAT CAN I DO?
If you have not received your order but it is shown as delivered, we recommend that you contact us so that we can verify the case with the courier responsible for the delivery.
I DIDN'T RECEIVE ALL THE ITEMS IN MY ORDER, HOW CAN I RESOLVE THE PROBLEM?
If your order is incomplete, we recommend that you contact us so that we can help you as soon as possible.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM, WHAT CAN I DO?
If you have received the wrong item in your order, we recommend that you contact us so that we can help you as soon as possible.
Nencini Sport ships worldwide. For most European countries we offer flat rates and pre-established delivery times.

For non-EU countries not present in the list, it is necessary to request a cost estimate at helpdesk@nencinisport.it indicating the items you intend to order, the country of delivery, the postcode.
For foreign orders, cash on delivery is NOT accepted under any circumstances.
