Strength and stability
The flat base is wider around the heel to stabilize the foot during weight training. Outer layers on the toe and laces provide ideal resistance to deal with the toughness of the PALESTRA.
Move from side to side
The support wraps around the heel to the sides for a snug fit when you tighten the laces. Soft foam provides cushioning and extends laterally to support the foot in lateral movements.
Thick and thin
Rubber tread offers traction on artificial turf as well as on the training room floor. It is thicker under the heel for ideal stability in weightlifting and thinner on the forefoot for ideal flexibility in short runs or speed drills.
