The warranty period is 24 months.

The manufacturer may extend the warranty at his own discretion.

To claim the warranty, you must keep the invoice or sales document.

The warranty is acknowledged as long as the product is used properly.

24/72 HOURS DELIVERY IN EUROPE

Shipping usually takes place on the next working day after the order has been received or on the same day.

Any delay of 1/2 working days may depend on the product's availability.

For foreign shipments delivery times depend on destination (they can be consulted from the specific list)

At the time of shipping you will be sent an email containing the indicated courier's Tracking number.

FREE SUBSTITUTION AND RETURN

Nencini Sport allows you to change or return the goods without additional shipping costs given the following conditions:

The goods must not be broken/deteriorated and in any case, it should not show signs of wear caused by use.

In case of material with special packaging (envelope/box etc.), this packaging must be used to re-insert the goods.

In the case of foodstuffs (bottles, jars, envelopes, etc.) they should not have been opened.

It must not have passed more than 30 days from the date of receiving the goods.
