Having acknowledged the above information and pursuant to art. 23 and 26 of the Personal Data Protection Code (Legislative Decree 30.06.2003 n. 196), I consent to the processing of my personal data for the purposes specified in the aforementioned information and within the limits thereof. The consent given by me is subject to compliance with current legislation by the data controller.*
