Free Returns

Nencini Sport allows you to return purchased goods without any additional shipping costs.

Return Conditions:

• The goods must not be broken/damaged and in any case must not show signs of wear and tear caused by normal use.
• In the case of material with specific packaging (bag/box, etc.), this packaging must be used to reinsert the goods.
• For food products (bottles, jars, bags, etc.), these must not have been opened.
• Less than 30 days must not have elapsed since the date of receipt of the goods.
• For products with supplier's labels/tags, these must not be removed or damaged.
• Please note: for all customized orders, cash on delivery, exchange of goods and the right of withdrawal are not allowed.

How to make a return:

Registered User Purchase:

• Access your Nencini Sport account.
• Go to the "Order History" section and select the order you wish to return.
• You can select the item and add any reasons.
• You will receive a return acceptance email within 48 hours, with a prepaid shipping label.
• Use the label to drop off your order at a pick-up point (post office, pick-up point, post office locker).
• You will receive your refund within 30 days of the package's return to our warehouse.

Unregistered User Purchase:

• To request a return for a purchase made without registration, please contact our Customer Service at helpdesk@nencinisport.it providing the details of your order and the items you wish to return.
• You will receive an email within 48 hours with the instructions for returning the item.

Notes:

• Returns are free.
• The refund will be issued within 30 days of the return of the goods.
