General information: sports activities that alternate aerobic and anaerobic moments require the body to make a commitment that generates the consumption of specific substances. It is therefore important to eat in a varied and balanced way and take all the nutrients necessary to maintain a good athletic condition.

Characteristics: The product contains complex carbohydrates and electrolytes useful for maintaining endurance performance during exercise. Pre Gara Dynamic supplies medium chain maltodextrins, glucogenic amino acids and branched amino acids which, being metabolized at different times, bring fractional energy over time. Provides creatine associated with acid # 6-ketoglutaric, alanine and taurine. The product also contains a titrated Guaranà and Ginseng phytocomplex, useful for counteracting physical and mental tiredness. The presence of vitamins (B2, B5, B6, C and Folate) helps reduce the tiredness and fatigue, while the electrolytes present (Ca , Mg, K) contribute to normal muscle function. Vitamins (B1, B2, B6, C, Biotin) allow a physiological energy metabolism and Vit. B6 supports normal protein and glycogen metabolism. The product is gluten free thereby making it suitable for coeliac sufferers too.

Indications
The product is recommended for medium-term sports activities (eg Football, Basketball, Tennis, Volleyball, MTBxco, Alpine skiing, Martial arts, Body building, or in general sports with very intense phases)
It is recommended to use the product before training or competition
Instructions for use
Take about 30 - 40 minutes before starting training or competition. Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in about 200cc of water for medium-lasting performance, 2 sachets (in 400 - 450cc of water) in case of intense and prolonged effort. To optimize the assimilation of the product, when the external temperature is particularly high, it is useful to drink about 150-200cc of water about 10-15 minutes before the start of the performance.

Maltodextrin, fructose, acidity regulator: citric acid; dextrose, potassium citrate, L-alanine, sodium citrate, flavors, creatine monohydrate, creatine pyruvate, sodium chloride, L-glutamine, calcium carbonate, taurine, magnesium carbonate, alpha-ketoglutaric acid, L-ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), guarana (Paullinia cupana K.) semi estit. 2,5% caffeine, ginseng (Panax ginseng CA Meyer) root es tit.5% ginsenosides, sweetener: acesulfame K; zinc citrate, coloring: beta-carotene; calcium D-pantothenate (pantothenic acid), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), pteroyl monoglutamic acid (folate), D-biotin (vitamin H).This product should be used as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended intake quantities. Do not use during pregnancy, in children, or for long periods of time without medical advice. The expiry date refers to the product when unopened and properly stored.
The product is tested free of Nandrolone and Testosterone with their precursors, free of Beta2-agonists, diuretics, amphetamines and ephedrines.

The duration of the guarantee is 24 months
The manufacturer can extend the guarantee at its discretion
