THE FIRST AERODYNAMIC JERSEY PROJECT WE CALLED SPLIT SECOND | When Castelli developed the first aerodynamic jersey for road cycling back in 2006, everyone thought we were crazy. At that time, aerodynamics were only used in time trials. Performance clothing meant breathability management and you could win the Tour de France with a loose jersey that was little more than a polyester t-shirt. Even our aerodynamics experts expected limited benefits, which is why we called the Split Second jersey. Exactly then as now, we already thought that even a small advantage was worth pursuing. In the end, the benefits were substantial and we completely revolutionized the look of the pros as a group. | Now we have arrived at the sixth version of our aero jersey. Each generation has become more aerodynamic and with a better fit. The Aero Race 6.0 benefits enormously from engineering studies through computer simulations of air flows in an aerodynamic position, influencing the choice of fabric and the placement of seams. It also benefits from feedback from Team INEOS riders, considering we have worked hard to make the jersey comfortable during their long hours of training and racing in all possible weather conditions. | The 6.0 is the most aerodynamic and most comfortable version ever made. But we are already working on version 6.1 ...
WHAT IT IS
The most aerodynamic. This jersey is designed for all day comfort, with excellent moisture regulation, a comfortable fit and three large pockets.
Fabrics, cut and seam positioning based on engineering studies through computer simulations.
| Developed for maximum aerodynamic efficiency at speeds between 30 and 55 km / h.
Aerodynamic shoulder construction.
Velocity Rev2 fabric in the front and sleeves.
3D mesh back.
Long sleeves up to the elbow with raw cut.
YKK® Vislon® zip.
The internal elastic at the waist, positioned before the end of the pockets, keeps them close to the body.

The duration of the guarantee is 24 months
The manufacturer can extend the guarantee at its discretion
To enforce the guarantee it is necessary to keep the invoice or the sales document
The guarantee is recognized as long as the product itself is used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and as provided in the attached technical documentation. Used items (for example "Used Bikes") are covered by a 12-month warranty instead of 24 months.
