The kilometers increase. Emissions drop. The Ghost 14 is our first zero impact shoe. It gives you a soft and light stride, for a lighter impact in all senses. This is because with all the precious oxygen we breathe in our runs, reducing carbon dioxide emissions is a duty to the planet. Thanks to our Climate Action program, we are committed first of all to reducing emissions and then offsetting their impact. Thus, we are racing towards the goal of zero emissions by 2040.

Brooks believes tackling climate change requires urgent action globally, as we all live, work and run on the same planet. For this reason, if we consider that over 150 million runners run around the world, we feel a responsibility to reduce our impact. We want to reach zero emissions by 2040, 10 years ahead of the Paris Agreement on climate change. We aim to achieve this in various ways, such as replacing some raw materials used in our products with recycled alternatives, using low-impact dyeing procedures, and favoring suppliers who focus on renewable energy. In the meantime, as we make great strides on our sustainability journey, we will also neutralize remaining emissions through a permanent, tangible and measurable offsetting program for the good of all. "
